Description
Our top selling gluten-free flour made of 100% pure tapioca starch. Tapioca is the root starch of the cassava, or yuca plant. It's a great thickener for pie fillings, soups, stews, and sauces - as it thickens quickly at low temperatures. Tapioca Flour is popular for gluten-free baking, hence the term "flour", as it is a fluffy white flour that creates a chewy texture.
